Ocean Jasper is prized by collectors and enthusiasts for its vibrant and colorful orbicular patterns. Ocean Jasper is the trade name for a variety of Rhyolite found along the inter-tidal shores of northeast Madagascar, near the village of Marovato. This stone is a one-of-a-kind medium height piece covered with pink and mustard colored orbs outlined in a white halo. The stone is cut in a wider skewed Navette or Marquise with both an upper and lower girdle to facilitate setting the stone. The cabochon is polished to a high vitreous luster.

The cabochon is ideal for a pendant, bracelet and/or statement piece.
