The agates from Luna New Mexico commonly come in white, gray and faint blue or lavender.

A fancy hand cut and polished Luna New Mexico semi-precious cabochon made from the rare Luna Agate. The stone is a one-of-a-kind medium piece of art with shades of white fortified bands encircling an open geode center. The stone is cut in a Skewed Navette with both a lower and upper girdle to facilitate stone setting. The stone measures 1.95 x 0.98 x 0.23 inches. The specimen is polished to a high vitreous luster.

The cabochon is ideal for a pendant, bracelet, ring and/or statement piece setting.
