One of the most colorful Arizona Onyx sources is found just north of the city of Globe, Arizona. This onyx is hard, colorful and takes a nice shine.

A fancy hand-cut and polished Banded Fortified Onyx semi-precious cabochon made from the rare Globe Onyx. The stone is a one-of-a-kind medium height piece with fortified bands of orange, tan, brow, yellow and hints of cream colors decorate the surface. The stone is cut in a skewed Navette or Marquise with both a lower and upper girdle to facilitate stone setting. The specimen is polished to a high vitreous luster.

The cabochon is ideal for a pendant, bracelet and/or statement piece.
